By taking a holistic approach, I strive to support clients in harnessing the power of their mind, body and spirit to create transformative changes in overall wellness. I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, exercising and cooking healthy meals as well as spending time being active with my family.

What is a Holistic Health coach?

A Holistic Health Coach is the support system that guides clients towards achieving the goals that their practitioners are looking for. Health Coaches do not diagnose or  prescribe, but rather encourage, guide, educate and empower clients toward lasting lifestyle change.
