Options and Rates

All Functional Medicine Visits: $299

*Special benefits: As a client of Peak Potential Integrative Health you will have direct provider messaging and telephone communication. Additionally, you will have access to a full array of discounted medical grade supplements through FullScript, an FDA approved supplier. This is in addition to in-office purchase options.

*Some diagnostic tests can be charged to insurance while others are out of pocket expenses. I respect your finances and will work to reduce this burden as much as possible, but sometimes I will need more information.

Insurance

We do not accept insurance at this time due to lack of coverage for functional medicine services. As noted above, we can charge certain diagnostic tests to most insurance plans. 

You can use both HSA and FSA cards to pay for your office visits, testing, and supplements based on your personal plan regulations.

Payment

We accept cash, check, credit card, FSA, and HSA payments to be made after your visit.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
