Options and Rates

Comprehensive Initial Visit: $225

60-90 minute virtual visit including extensive review of your health, lifestyle, and nutritional history as well as symptoms and concerns.

We will review your goals and barriers to meeting them in-depth and start to formulate an initial plan for health optimization. Any necessary diagnostic testing will be ordered for further investigation.

Treatment Initiation Visit (Second Visit): $225

60-75 minute visits 60 to 75 minute visit spent reviewing your diagnostic testing results and formulating a personalized plan for your optimal healing and wellness.

Follow up Visits: $139

45 minute visits spaced every 1-3 months (can be more frequent if needed/desired). These visits serve to monitor your progress and update the plan as indicated. We will review your labs and utilize nutritional, lifestyle, and herbal interventions to optimize your health as well as your physical and mental performance.

Visit Packages

Initial Package: $690 (5% savings)

Includes the first 4 visits as described above.

Follow Up package: $395 (5% savings)

Includes 3 follow up visits as described above. 

*Special benefits: As a client of Peak Potential Integrative Health you will have direct provider email and telephone communication. Additionally, you will have access to a full array of discounted medical grade supplements through FullScript, an FDA approved supplier. This is in addition to in-office purchase options.

*Some diagnostic tests can be charged to insurance while others are out of pocket expenses. I respect your finances and will work to reduce this burden as much as possible, but sometimes I will need more information.

Insurance

We do not accept insurance at this time due to lack of coverage for functional medicine services. As noted above, we can charge certain diagnostic tests to most insurance plans. 

You can use both HSA and FSA cards to pay for your office visits, testing, and supplements based on your personal plan regulations.

Payment

We accept cash, check, credit card, FSA, and HSA payments to be made after your visit.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
