Hi! I’m Sam. I am an Occupational Therapist, fitness fanatic, and mother of 3. I have been a practicing OT for 11 years, a fitness enthusiast for 30+ years, and feeling stronger than ever that I can bring the knowledge of fitness and function together to empower women to be the best version of themselves. 

Meet Kelley Flanley DNP, CRNA

Personal Trainer

Hello! My name is Kelley and I am a certified registered nurse anesthetist with my Doctorate in Nursing practice.

I have worked in the health field for the last eleven years and truly find joy in helping others navigate through health issues.

To become to the all-encompassing resource for women navigating perimenopause and menopause to gain strength, confidence, and lifelong function.
